RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
For Whinny Wellies® and Silver Bells®


Put on 1 pair the first day and DO NOT ADD ANY MORE TILL THE NEXT DAY if your horse is doing well with the first pair. Add the second pair early next day when the socks and horse can be observed for a while. As you know, new things can emotionally overwhelm horses. Experienced horsemen and women know an easy gradient to all things new is the path to stress free acceptance. As with any leg wear, the Whinny Wellies and Silver Bells should be at least checked for adjustments in the mornings and evenings. Call us before using them if you are in doubt about fit.

Whinny Wellies® are custom made based on the measurements that you submitted; and we do not refund them for not fitting properly. CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS/BANDAGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. To check the fit of the Silver Bells®, put a bag over the hoof to keep the Bells clean while you check the fit. If you need a smaller or larger size, you can return them clean for an easy exchange.

Silver Bells® are NOT BELL BOOTS. They are pastern wraps and if your horse over-reaches the Silver Bells can be destroyed just as bell boots are destroyed by over- reaching. Put a bell boot over your Silver Bells to protect them from damage caused by overreaching. See the instructions.

SHFs will refund 100% of your purchase price of new-unused Silver Bells, excluding Shipping and Handling. We do not accept refunds for damage caused by the horse. It happens. Horses can destroy blankets when they want to. Nothing is safe on a horse that wants to destroy horse wear. We can help to repair them! Just be sure to rescue them early so the damage is not catastrophic. Call us for information on how to get them to us for repair.

Returns of Silver Bells for replacement, or refund are due within 30 days of your purchase. Returns must include a copy of the packing slip or purchase receipt. The cost of shipping and handling is not eligible for refund nor is return shipping. Exchanges can be made with an additional payment for shipping and handling. Items that have been previously replaced because of a sizing exchange are not refundable. If you have any questions about the Whinny Wellies or Silver Bells, a refund, or exchanges, or repairs, please call us at 850-907-5724. SFHs recommend that you return these products inexpensively using USPS with "Delivery Confirmation". You must get these to SFHs for a "return" refund.

Damaged/Defective Items:

We stand behind our products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST contact us with the specific issue within 48 Hours of receipt so that we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. All of our products are carefully inspected before shipping. Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We recommend that you return socks to us inexpensively using parcel post USPS with “Delivery Confirmation”. You must get the products to us for a refund.

Exchanges can be made with an additional payment for shipping and handling. Please call us to make those arrangements. Items that have been previously replaced because of a sizing exchange are not refundable.
